WATERMARKING PROCESS

We employ a 3 step process to protect our Artists’ sounds and actively pursue anyone leaking or sharing samples. Protect your samples collection and ensure you are on the correct plan.

All streams and downloads are linked to Usernames, Email Addresses, IP Addressess, and the Membership Plan the sound was downloaded on.

If the samples end up on an illegal server, the original owner / streamer / downloader will be prosecuted along with whoever is found using the samples illegally. Our process can track sounds re-recorded even via a phone or treated or illegally used to to train AI models or create new packs from our source material

Stage One

We’ve partnered with cutting-edge tech Audio Seal to watermark both user streams and downloads. See example below.

Stage Two

We’ve partnered with TuneSat for further tracking of the use of samples.

Stage Three

We’ve partnered with Tracksaur – Anti-Piracy who scan all known illegal file sharing sites.

Please ensure you are on the correct plan for any usage and do not share samples.

I UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE SELECTED THE CORRECT LICENCE & THAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE PLAN THE SOUNDS WILL NEED TO BE RE-DOWNLOADED ON THE CORRECT LICENCE

I UNDERSTAND I WILL ONLY HAVE ACCESS TO THE ACCOUNT WITH A PAID SUBSCRIPTION

I UNDERSTAND I WILL LOSE ANY UNUSED CREDITS UPON CANCELLING PLAN AT THE END OF THE BILLING CYCLE

I UNDERSTAND THAT BOTH STREAMS / DOWNLOADS ARE WATERMARKED / TRACKED AND LINKED TO MY USER ACCOUNT AND I WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE IF SAMPLES ARE SHARED

I UNDERSTAND SOUNDS MUST BE LAYERED & NOT USED IN ISOLATION

I UNDERSTAND I CANNOT USE THESE SAMPLES AS SOURCE MATERIAL TO CREATE SAMPLE PACKS / INSTRUMENTS OR TRAIN AI MODELS
